What is your favorite way to spend your free time?

I have many hobbies, but two of my favorite hobbies are miniatures and paper art with function (e.g. bookmarks, cards, gift tags, etc.).

Your hobby and your job - where do you see similarities? How does your hobby help you in your day-to-day work?

I'm good at noticing details and working with meaning. There are definitely parallels between my hobbies and my work. I have to work with precision and concentration and not overlook any details. At the same time, I'm happy both in my hobbies and at work when people like what I do. In addition, talking to people, whether with colleagues or customer contacts, is a part of my work that I really enjoy. Here it's about tickets, then at home it's about a birthday card that I have to design for someone, but the feeling is similar!

Feel the WE in IT - The TIMETOACT GROUP attaches great importance to the WE! What does the WE mean to you? How do you experience our WE in your day-to-day work?

I am lucky to work in an incredibly great team where you can really feel the WE. Everyone helps each other, especially when things get tight due to staff shortages, when someone is ill or there's a “fire” at a customer's site and something needs to be done quickly. Shortly before Christmas, a code error in Lotus Notes made it impossible to send emails and many customers were unable to contact us. Many people applied patches on their own initiative over the weekend and after work.

What motivates you to come to work every day?

The people in my team. Knowing that I am (hopefully) making their work easier and supporting them.
